Sarah partners with organisations around the world to enable change from the inside out.

 

Sarah's unique and powerful framework, The Connection Revolution®, brings together over twenty years of research and practice in leadership, psychology, neuroscience, coaching, and conflict resolution and she will help you and your organisation learn the tools and strategies to co-create better conversations, relationships and results.

 

With her passion for people, language, and learning, Sarah left a career in banking and IT recruitment, rising rapidly to become a senior leader in education and Principal of two outstanding and award-winning international schools. Sarah has coached and developed high performing teams around the world and has a track record of leading successful change and developing coaching cultures.

 

An accomplished speaker, Sarah has spoken at international conferences, delivering keynotes and workshops on communication, resilience, conflict resolution, and leadership. 

 

Sarah has an MBA and a Doctorate in Social Science (HRD) with a focus on resilience, organisational learning, and leadership development. She is an accredited coach, coach supervisor, and a professional workplace mediator.

 

Having lived and worked on almost every continent, Sarah has now returned to her roots and lives in North Yorkshire with her husband, son, and two pugs.
